When Life Gives You Lemons…Make a List (or 3)

What I do to Deal With A Stressor In lieu of mental health month along with the fact that my life recently got flipped turned upside down as Will Smith once sang, I thought I’d make a post about what I do when things go awry. When I found out I had to unexpectedly move by the end of the month I was, as you can imagine, stressed. All the things I had planned to do for the month of May (including a challenge that was actually supposed to be this month’s post) were put on hold and my mind was a mess. As I’ve mentioned before I am a big list person (I have a list for everything). So, I did what I usually do, I made a list. Actually, I made three.
