Quarter Reset: A Fresh Start

Quarter two of 2026 is almost upon us, and for me that means a ramp up from my slow start for the year. If the first three months of this year whizzed by you too, then join me in re-starting in Q2!

My Quarter Reset Checklist:  (I’ll break it by category so you can customize it to fit you)

Infrequent tasks:

-Go through my phone gallery and delete unnecessary photos

-Clean makeup brushes

Memory Keeping:

-Make a Q1 instagram post

-Add Q1 photos to year collage spread in bujo

-Fill out my quarter review spread in bujo

Planning:

-Brainstorm Q2 goals

-Make spring bucket list

-Make a Q2 vision board

So far all I have completed is making the spring bucket list (which I am excited about) and brainstorming some goals for Q2. But everything else is still pending and the month ends in three days. But I like taking a whole week to complete everything, the goal is to reset peacefully not rush through chaotically.

I also want to elaborate on what my quarter reset spread in my bullet journal consists of because that is a big part of my review of the previous quarter and set up for the one to come.

There are 5 categories I like to look back upon for the quarter that has passed:

  • Highlights (standout moments/memories)

  • Accomplishments (when I felt proud of something I did)

  • Favorites (music, media, food, etc.)

  • Goals (goals and bingo board)

  • Challenges (struggles/things I overcame)

After going through those sections, I have a space at the bottom to write down my thoughts in a journal format at the bottom.

I have set up the spread but I haven’t filled it out yet. But to sum up a few of my thoughts here, it’s been a slow Q1 and I am thankful. I wasn’t ready to jump into a busy season, but I feel like I am slowly regaining my energy now.

Hence my brainstorm for Q2 goals which I starting to get excited about. I’ll share my Q2 goals list as it stands now:

(I will be adding to it as time goes and this does not include my spring bucket list items)

  • taxes (ugh)
  • run a 5k
  • project pan
  • calisthenics
  • develop nighttime routine
  • learn a choreography
  • play a sport

-.-

I hope this next quarter is fun and full of good memories for everyone! Thank you so much for reading and I hope this has given you some ideas for your quarter reset! There is always time for a fresh start if you need it!
